Distinct from standard packages, I provided additional marketing assets like the wall decal and floor decal included here to help reinforce the messaging for their building tenants. I also polished the second set of app launch collateral during their product migration from this RFR app to the RFR Realty app.

In a world where there is a demand for customization, premium clients value an exclusive customer experience and personalized problem-solving now more than ever. PGIM Real Estate is in line with this customer expectation. After I received PGIM's positive design feedback and approval, I was entrusted with creating collateral sets for over 15 additional PGIM properties. This demonstrated their confidence in my ability to consistently deliver high quality results across a broad portfolio.

To supplement their marketing collateral sets, I made sure my discovery sessions were extensive. I focused on their existing tenant-company relationships, brand style, communication style, distribution methods, design feedback, and app launch insights.

Additionally, my discovery session led to communication opportunities where I could spotlight app features through client-facing resources like one-pagers. One-pagers, like the one depicted here, helped increase app usage and addressed specific use cases for PGIM's building tenants and staff. The marketing collateral set shown here was specifically for PGIM’s Wade Office Park building.

South Bank Central

This client requested a flyer with a white background for their app launch, to highlight their property building. So, I met this request and provided a second iteration of the flyer that better appealed to audiences and preserving a balanced contrast level.

South Bank Central was very pleased with the second iteration and decided to move forward with that flyer version for the launch. Based on their feedback after the launch, the flyer helped build customer loyalty, kept tenants engaged, and highlighted the app features and benefits.

The Anagram Columbus Circle building was a newly-developed luxury residential property in Manhattan at the time, so this client was highly intentional about promoting and maintaining a polished, refined aesthetic.

To align their marketing efforts with their premium status, I conducted a discovery session to understand their design needs, learn more about their brand style and messaging, and more. I was glad to receive high praises for the flyers, and they decided to entrust me with creating app launch table tents since they loved the look of the app launch flyers so much.

I thoroughly appreciated the design process for this project, as it allowed me greater creative freedom to explore the best way to integrate the client’s desired design elements while maintaining a clean, modern, and minimalist look.

Tricon Residential

Similar to South Bank Central, this client requested a flyer with an outline-style illustration as the background. They wanted their collateral designs to be consistent with their overall brand style across multiple properties.

With their first property's app rollout, I wanted to leave a great first impression for their Maple House at Canary Landing property. I used their main brand colors, met their initial request, but also provided a second version of the flyer that still incorporated their illustration.

Tricon Residential was very impressed by the second iteration, so much so that they went with my design set for their banner, flyer, and table tent card. They even asked for that same design set to be applied to properties such as Birch House at the Canary Landing, The Shelby, The Taylor, The Ivy, etc.

Centerline at Metropark is a six-building office portfolio,  so the client's central focus was to develop marketing collateral that was brand specific while being versatile across all office spaces.

Brand collaborations like this one present a unique opportunity to express my creativity while aligning with their visions. Centerline gave me the freedom to blend my design expertise with their goals to breathe life into their brand identity.

This process of discovery and creation is what fuels my passion, and it allows me to continue pushing the boundaries of design while staying true to the brand's core identity.
